Apparently rice farming was (and still somewhat) is a lucrative business in our area. And did you know that the rice grown in this area is regarded as the finest long grain rice grown in the United States? (Neither did I)
The festival had craft booths, antiques, jewelry, etc. Noah's highlights were getting that blue balloon, touching a real, live ambulance, and other trucks on display.
