Driving the #95 Fuelron, Tenzoil Dodge, Rookie of the Year, Noah Risinger!!!

Noah was a race car driver for Halloween this year. I have to choose costumes with minimal head gear for him because this is what happens when we try to put things on his head:

Poor baby was NOT in the mood to wear a costume or go to the Fall Fest at church, but we did anyway. He was VERY clingy and spent most of his evening like this:

He's over his ear infections, but was allergic to the antibiotic they gave him (yep, that's the second one he's been allergic to) so I'm sure he wasn't feeling great. If you notice a splotchy, redness on his face in some of the pictures, that's the allergic reaction.

He did play one game. The "pull the rubber ducky out of the pool" game. He wanted to do it over and over and over. He was really tempted to just get IN the pool.

After we got home we went "trick-or-treating" to a few of our neighbor's houses. Is it me (or maybe it's just here), but does Halloween get bigger and bigger every year? Everyone was sitting out on their driveways with tables of candy, lights, decorations, pizza, and cookouts, I even heard some fireworks!
I think Noah was just confused by the whole ordeal. He's too young to understand what on earth we were doing roaming the streets of our neighborhood after dark. Why did Buzz Lightyear just walk by? And was that Elmo?! Maybe next year he'll understand and enjoy it more.
Well,
ReplyDeleteIf he isn't just the cutest, handsomest little race car driver I have ever seen! I particularly like that first picture. So cute. I had to laugh out loud when you were talking about how confusing it was. I was hoping he would enjoy it more this year.
