My baby girl turned four months old last week! She weighs 12 lbs. 6 oz. and is 23 3/4 inches long. She is just now outgrowing her 3 month clothes, so she's obviously small for her age, but her new doctor thinks she's doing great and has come a long way from her birth weight!
She is so sweet. She can be a bit high maintenance, but for the most part she's a good baby and when she's sweet, she's SWEET. We are completely smitten with her! She is a complete mama's girl at this point. She does not take her eyes off me. She can stare me down with those big, beautiful, blue eyes. When Brandon holds her, her eyes follow me all over the room, it's the sweetest thing. Then when I acknowledge her, she gives me the biggest eyes-light-up-open mouth-tongue out-whole body wobble-smile. My insides do a somersault! She's such a joy.

Most of the time she stares and smiles, sometimes she just gets this look like "wow, this male species is very strange". He doesn't always have time to acknowledge her unless it's to buzz her head with one of his airplanes. He does stop several times a day to give her a kiss on the head. Isn't it funny that the smell of a baby's head is irresistible, even to a three year old?
