Miss Ellianna Kate Risinger!
Born Monday, September 14th, 12:27 p.m. 4 lb. 14 oz. and 17 inches long.
Her namesakes are her great-grandmothers, Naomi Elizabeth - Elli (Hebrew, meaning consecrated to God) and Maxine Anna (Hebrew, meaning gracious).
She was five weeks early and is so tiny! Thank you all so, so, so much for covering us in prayer. Your prayers were felt. All of Ellianna's nurses and my nurses have been amazed at the fact that she is able to stay in the room with us. She didn't even have to make a stop in the NICU. She is dealing with issues that most premature babies have (temperature, digestion, etc.). So please continue to pray for her that she'll gain weight and get stronger with each passing day!
She is BEAUTIFUL! Clint and I kept talking about how little her hands and feet were on the way home. I hope she is having a good end to her first week!
