Happy Birthday, Ellianna Kate!

My sweet girl turned one this week. It is so hard for me to believe it's been one year. A YEAR!The first few months of her life were such a whirlwind. We all got home from the hospital and it was like, what just happened?! Is this baby really here 5 weeks early?! Then, soon after we were organizing, purging, packing, and unpacking after moving. Time continues to fly by, I wish I could slow down the clock.

I am SO thankful for my baby girl. I am so thankful that I had that specific doctor at that specific practice for that pregnancy. I'm thankful that when I questioned whether or not baby girl was still breech at 35 weeks, she just walked me in to the ultrasound room and asked the tech to check. The tech simultaneously discovered the low fluid, informs my doctor who sends me to the hospital. With Noah, I only had two ultrasounds and the imaging center was in a different building. I shudder to think about what would have happened if they hadn't discovered the low fluid and hooked me up to monitor my sweet girl. I am thankful for that over and over.

Ellianna is drama and emotional and sensitive and funny and crazy and sassy and sweet and lovable and so much more. I feel very blessed to be her mama.
