Cowboy Crazy

So much to blog, so little time! Blogging has been waaaaaay at the bottom of my to-do list lately behind things like planning, crafting, and cleaning for Ellianna's birthday party, pricing for the JBF sale, reading, sleeping, etc.

Cowboy crazy is exactly what I was a couple weeks ago when I decided to take my babies to the OSU/Troy game. Brandon went to the OU/Florida State game so when my parents asked at the last minute if I'd like to go with them, of course I accepted. My desire to get to go to a game after a two and a half season drought and not have to stay home by myself on a Saturday outweighed my common sense to know better than to drag kids to a college football game. :)

We got to see Ryan, Lindsey, and Alexis on our way to the game. Look at Noah! He seems to tolerate other babies so much better than the one who lives with him and tries to play with his toys. :)
Noah wanted to see the fountain in front of the library, but then the chimes started ringing and he thought they were too loud. I think Brandon made some snide remark about them playing the OSU fight song so Noah had to cover his ears.
Fingers still in ears with the beautiful OSU library in the background.
Student Union...
This is about all I saw of the game...
Not really, I got to see at least one play. Ha! We actually made it through the first quarter then spent the rest of our time under the stands eating, exploring, and riding the escalator (thank you, memaw).
I think I'll wait until baby girl is fully weaned and I can leave the kids with daddy before I go to another game!

  1. you guys were there??? So were we! We took the kiddos too because Troy was supposed to be the 'easy' game. Send me an email next time you go. We have season tickets. We saw the Tiptons at the Washington State game. They moved back to Oklahoma too. We definitely had an Okie Exodus this year!
