A few weeks ago, Brandon decided to start building our fence. I'm all about paying for convenience and a funny little thing called free time. Not Brandon, he won't allow himself to pay for something you can "easily" do yourself. That goes for fence building, painting, mowing, etc...
Noah is putting the dirt back in the holes that daddy and pappaw created.

Brandon and his faithful assistant, pappaw. As usual he's done more than his fair share to help us out. Really, we don't make him, he likes the manual labor.

Of course, Noah has to be wherever daddy is and decided he needed his own tool box. I found a great bag o' tools at the JBF sale and Brandon bought a tackle box/tool box and put Lightning McQueen stickers all over it, (totally his idea) so cute.
These are some pictures from the last couple of weeks.

I think he got bored with the progress on our fence and moved over to "work on" the neighbor's fence. I love how he looks like he's talking about his work like he's hosting a show on HGTV or something.
Brandon is so patient and good with these kids. Their daddy is in Iraq with the Army reserve, he's only been home once for two weeks during the five months we've lived here. I can't imagine!
Sorting through the tools...
Big helper.
Nice and level!
Right now they're at a standstill because they ran out of boards and so did the fence company. I would post an after picture, but if you look at the one above, you can pretend it's finished. Didn't they do a good job?!
