The Results are In!

I had my 20-week ultrasound this morning. Due date is still October 16th. They said everything looks good and they said,

IT'S A GIRL!!!!

Can you even believe it?! I can't. I'm a little nervous, but very excited. My husband is toast. He is simply going to melt over this little girl. I kind of just assumed it would be a boy, I don't know why, maybe because she is SO active, literally bouncing off the walls in there.

I woke up at 3:30 this morning and could not fall back asleep until 6:00a.m. I think I was a little excited to find out what we were having. It's so fun to know who we're praying for and talking about and talking to. I'm glad we can stop saying he/she, him/her, it and get to say She! Her! Girl! Wow. I think I'm in shock.

Noah went with us to the appointment and he was scared they were hurting me. He kept saying, "mommy all done, mommy all done..."

I was just telling Brandon the other day how economical this baby would be if we had a boy. All we'd need to buy would be a mattress, diapers, wipes, and maybe pacis. I have a feeling this little girl is not going to be economical. *Big Smile*

First, I need to decide what color of pink to paint the nursery. There's pure pink, pink parfait, pink tiger, barely pink, my fair lady, southern beauty, strawberry crush....hmmm, decisions decisions...

Let the pink purchasing commence!!
