Let Freedom Ring!

Happy 4th! Here are a few snapshots from our Independence Day festivities.

We went to our neighborhood parade, lots of bikes, trikes, wagons and dogs! I think Noah's thinking about how he wishes he had a bike...
There were games and activities at the park for the kids. Brandon took Noah down the slide. Once was enough. :)
We got rained out at the park so we went home. When the rain stopped, we put on our bathing suits and headed over to the pool. I bought Noah this new floaty-swimsuit. It was worthless. He looked like a turtle hiding in his shell when we put him in the water because it kept scooting up over his head! Maybe he'll grow in to it. He looks so cute in it. You can't help but laugh.

Modeling the annoying floaty-suit.
Brandon grilled some AWESOME ribs and I made this American Berry (no-bake) cheesecake. We watched fireworks at one of the shopping centers near our house. Noah was kind of nervous, but settled down once they got started. He even gave us some wows, oohs, and ahhs!
