But first, a stop at Epcot!
Our trip was somewhat last minute (by Disney planning standards - most people make their meal reservations six months in advance) and I think we got the last reservation for the week so we took it! We had an 8:30 Princess Storybook Breakfast at Epcot.
It was probably my favorite thing we did. The Akershus Royal Banquet Hall is in the Norway section of the World Showcase. (Norway is also where you could see the princesses from Frozen - had I known how cute the movie would be, maybe we would have taken time to do this).
We packed Elli's Cinderella and Belle dresses for the trip. She chose Belle for the breakfast.
When we first walked in, the kids got their picture taken with Belle.
Then, the princesses started coming around to visit at all of the tables. If I had known which ones were going to be there, we probably wouldn't have spent so much time in line waiting to meet them on days 1 through 3, but oh well.
It was so fun to hear the gasps and oohs and aahhs as one by one the princesses came out. Noah was a good sport (actually, I think he got the hang of taking his picture with pretty girls. Yikes!)

They even had a princess procession where the little girls got to walk around the restaurant and wave (or in our case, have your mama carry you) with all of the princesses while they played a song. It was so precious!
One last picture at Epcot before we headed over to Animal Kingdom. My baby boy is not that tall (yet), he was standing on the flower bed edging.
Noah had been asking to go to Animal Kingdom since we stepped off the plane! He was so excited!

We headed straight for the safari tour. These Nile Crocodiles were quite frightening.

We went to see the Flights of Wonder show.
We rode Expedition Everest (twice!). It was my favorite coaster. It took us 3.5 days to take advantage of the rider swap pass. We wish we would have used it sooner! We rode and got a pass for my parents, they stayed with the kids, then they got to go through the fast pass line and ride!
While they rode, we took the kids over to DinoLand and rode triceratop spin.
They loved the coaster too!
The Animal Kingdom parade was unique, but so cute. Minnie's Christmas jeep...
The Festival of the Lion King show was so good! This is where Ellianna took her nap that day.

We finished the day at The Boneyard playground. The kids loved this one! I was so proud of my girl, she climbed to the top and went down this huge slide!
We closed down the park that day. Animal Kingdom has the earliest closing time, 7:00. We were able to go
back to our hotel at watch the OSU/Baylor game that evening!
