We got to go to Disney World in November. Brandon attended a conference there and we got to tag along and play! Memaw and pappaw went with us so they could hang out with us during the day while daddy worked. It was their first trip to Disney.
This was Ellianna's first flight! She handled it like a champ. Just working on her "computer" during the flight.
As we disembarked in Houston, the pilot had the door open and Noah was ooohing and aahhing over the equipment. The pilot invited him in to sit down and take a picture. It was way cool!!
Noah used to rack up the frequent flyer miles when we lived in Katy, but he hadn't flown in 4+ years so he didn't really remember it. He didn't love it and he got air motion sickness! :(
We stayed at The Contemporary and memaw and pappaw stayed at the Carribbean. After we got settled in our hotels, we met at Downtown Disney for dinner.
They have a really neat Lego store with all kinds of HUGE Lego creations.
One of the stores had a princess mirror. Elli had on her regular clothes, but the mirror gave her Snow White's dress.
We spent our first full day at Epcot.
We rode The Seas with Nemo and Friends and did Turtle Talk with Crush. Noah LOVED the aquarium part.
Then we waited in line to meet some princessess!! So fun!
Aurora (Sleeping Beauty) and Elli.
Belle!
Snow White.
"I'm wishing....I'm wishing..."
They were so sweet.
Noah's favorite was the monorail, our transportation from our hotel to the parks.
We saw Chip n Dale.
Elli didn't really care for the characters with full costumes on. She wouldn't take a picture with them unless I went. You can see she's keeping her eye on him.
We got to see Mickey, Minnie and Goofy as we were leaving the park!
Elli wanted nothing to do with Goofy, he was huge!
We went to the Magic Kingdom that evening for the parade and fireworks.
The Wishes nighttime spectacular was amazing! They projected all kinds of images and videos on the castle. It was probably one of my favorite things. Here it looks like candy cane, they made it look like it had jewelry on it, then, a gingerbread house and a candy land house, and like it had snow on it, then Rapunzel's tower, etc. So cool. At the end, Tinkerbell slid down a wire from the top of the castle to Main Street.
I didn't know everything would be decorated for Christmas! I should have known at Disney World they decorate before Thanksgiving. I was pleasantly surprised. The castle was beautiful!!! I think half of my pictures were of the castle. Well, maybe not half, but almost. :)
